Subscription Cancellation Policy

Our Subscribe & Save plan ships every 6 weeks at a 10% discount.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed. To cancel, email us at cscommerce.nz@gmail.com with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours.

We are unable to cancel a subscription order that has already been processed and dispatched. In this case our standard 90-day refund policy applies to the dispatched order.

Skipping or Pausing
If you need to skip or delay a shipment, contact us at cscommerce.nz@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled dispatch date.

Refunds on Subscription Orders
All subscription orders are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any shipment, contact us within 90 days of that order date for a full refund.

Changes to Your Subscription
To change your delivery address, payment method, or product variant, contact us at cscommerce.nz@gmail.com before your next scheduled dispatch date.
